Chills

The story of climate change has a tendency to move in cycles. Several decades ago, everyone knew that the world was going to get cooler, just as the same "everyone" knows now that the world is going to get warmer, and the solution to all of this is for the government to tell us what to do about a great many things. That latter part of the message has experienced little or no cyclical variation. Meanwhile, other theories for explaining climate and weather continue to be vindicated, even as theories of climate change fail to fulfill public predictions.
