Independence Day!

Let us once again celebrate the wonderful independence and freedoms that we have! How wonderful it is that we have for so long enjoyed freedoms of speech and press and religion. We have had so many precious rights entrusted to us. Our leaders have also been faithful to step down at the end of their terms and generally abide by the rule of law. We have been richly blessed by God.

I'd also like to take a moment to thank the soldiers who have kept these freedoms and rights safe for us to enjoy this day. Your spirit and service have made this day possible.
